Teknaform’s Recycling Expansion

Teknaform™ is thrilled to share a major milestone in our journey: the launch of our brand new, 20,000-square-foot recycling facility.

Operating 24 hours a day, this site gives our recycling program the room and resources it needs to grow. By relocating our recycling operations out of our main manufacturing plant, we’ve not only created greater production capacity, but it also allows for an isolated flow of material that streamlines efficiency. This facility is staffed with dedicated personnel who ensure operations run smoothly around the clock. Their expertise allows us to process up to 25,000 pounds of recycled pellet material every day — material that might otherwise end up in landfills.

In addition, our new recycling building can inventory over 300,000 pounds of recycled material, giving us the flexibility to meet fluctuating demand. This buffer also supports our growing customer base by ensuring a steady, reliable flow of sustainable product.

But it’s not just about recycling. Through our partnerships with European suppliers, we’re actively substituting volatile chemicals with more environmentally friendly alternatives. These new compositions help reduce our environmental impact while maintaining the high performance and durability our customers expect.
